How To Enjoy: This wine is recommended with braised meat, stews, roasts and game, but it also goes well with cold cuts and seasoned and very mature cheeses. It is recommended also as a “meditation wine” slowly sipped to round off a meal.
Key Selling Points: New trend in production process: • Enhances the freshness and cherry fruity aromas = wine with a shorter life, but fresh and ready to drink • First days of maceration at low temperature • 1kg of grape gives about 35-40 cl of wine = to produce a bottle of Amarone, about 2kg of grapes are employed = double concentration of sugar, taste, smell, minerals, acids and other properties.
