The grappas included in the Selezione Bortolo Nardini, finest expression of the family bicentennial expertise in the art of distillation, are obtained from the steam-distillation of Merlot, Cabernet and Pinot Grigio pomace. A project that began twenty years ago, with the continuous selection of the smoothest and most fragrant grappa batches kept in our cellars. Intense and very persistent with hints of vanilla, ripe fruit, tobacco and cinnamon. This Grappa Riserva is aged for at least 15 years in Slavonian oak casks, becoming the ideal partner for cigars and dark chocolate.
