An excellent qualitative brut sparkling wine obtained by natural fermentation from prime white grapes as Pinot and Sauvignon coming form Northern Italy, a region famous for quality food, wine and the Italian way-of-life. The winemaker has chosen a blend of grape varietals to craft a delicate and fresh off-dry sparkling wine. Lively on the tongue with lots of bubbles, the green apple, ripe pear and floral aromas are balanced with nice acidity.
