8 Year Old Reserve are hand-selected and created with Jamaican limestone-filtered water, with no added flavours, and have all been aged for a minimum of eight years in the tropical climate of Jamaica.
Our most versatile expression, the 8 Year Old Reserve reveals aromas of spicy fruit and oak, followed by hints of honey, vanilla, holiday spice, and our signature orange peel note. This fine rum is perfected by our highly acclaimed Master Blender, Joy Spence, the first woman to be appointed Master Blender in the spirits industry.

MASTERING THE CRAFT OF THE PERFECT MAI TAI

INGREDIENTS
2 parts Appleton Estate 8YO Reserve
½ part fresh lime juice
½ part orange curaçao
½ part orgeat (almond syrup)
Garnish: 1 lime shell and fresh mint sprig
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice (crushed and cubes). Shake until chilled and pour into a double old fashioned glass. Garnish with a lime shell and mint sprig.
