• 30ml Chivas XV,
• 20ml lemon juice,
• 20ml sugar syrup,
• Top with sparkling wine or champagne,
• Cherry, to garnish. Method: Pour Chivas XV into a cocktail shaker, along with lemon juice, and sugar syrup. Shake together with ice for approximately 6 seconds. Strain into a champagne flute and top up with sparkling wine. Garnish with a cherry.
