The minimum age of any rum in the blend is 7 years, but the oldest drop is decades old: Every time we make Havana 7, a proportion of the final blend is put back into barrel to age for many more years until it is ready to form the heart of future production. The result is a complex rum with deep layers of Cuban flavors that is best enjoyed neat or with your own twist. A voluptuous, silky entry leads to a balanced yet extraordinarily complex palate of vibrant and refined warm cocoa, vanilla, sugarcane, chestnut and caramelised tropical fruit flavours braced by firm, smooth oak and rich brown spice. How To Enjoy: El Presidente ingredients: 50ml Havana Club Añejo 7 Year Old; 5ml sugar syrup; 15ml Dry Vermouth; 1 dash Orange Bitters The Bitter Truth; Ice cubes, 1 grapefruit wedge. Method:

- Add the sugar syrup and stir.
- Add the bitters, dry vermouth and Havana Club Añejo 7 años.
- Stir well and garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
