TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
Introduction
These terms and conditions of use (hereinafter"Terms and Conditions of Use") govern the user's access to and navigation on this platform www.milanomalpensaboutique.com, named "Milano Malpensa Boutique" (and/or "Platform"), owned and managed by Società per azioni Esercizi Aeroportuali S.E.A, headquartered in Segrate (MI), Milan Linate Airport, share capital € 27,500,000.00 i.v., registered with the Business Registry Office at the C.C.I.A.A. of Milan Monza Brianza Lodi at REA no. 472807, C.F. and P.IVA 00826040156 (hereinafter"SEA").The subject user of the Platform ("User/s") is required, before accessing and browsing, to carefully read these Terms and Conditions of Use. By using the Platform, the User therefore declares that he/she has read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions of Use and the Privacy Policy found in the section of the Platform dedicated to this. SEA reserves the right to modify, in whole or in part, and at any time, the Terms and Conditions of Use. Any changes and/or new conditions will be in force from the moment they are posted on the Platform. It is therefore the User's burden and responsibility to consult at each access, the most recent version published on the Platform. Such updated version will therefore be deemed accepted by the User after each new access.
2. Warning about the contents and functionality of the Platform
SEA does not guarantee that the contents of the Platform are appropriate or lawful in other countries, outside of Italy. However, should such content be deemed not lawful or illegal in some of these countries, Users are advised to avoid accessing the Platform and should they choose, in any case, to access it, the use of the Services provided will be the exclusive and personal responsibility of the User.SEA takes every precaution to prevent the publication on the Platform of any content that depicts or represents scenes or situations of physical or psychological violence or such that, according to the sensitivities of Users, may be deemed harmful to civil convictions, human rights and the dignity of persons, in all its forms and expressions.The User shall be solely and exclusively responsible for the use of the Platform and its content. SEA shall not be held responsible for the use of the Platform and its content by Users in a manner that is not in compliance with applicable law.Although SEA will attempt to make every effort to ensure continuous access to the Platform, the dynamic nature of the Internet and its content may not allow SEA to operate without any suspensions, interruptions or discontinuity due to the need to make updates to such Platform.
3. Limitation of Liability
SEA makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy and/or completeness of the information contained on the Site, nor does SEA warrant that the Site will be available without interruption or delay. By visiting the Platform, the User agrees that SEA is not liable for any direct or indirect damage, caused by the use of it and/or the information on it. Likewise, SEA disclaims any liability for services offered by third parties through the Platform itself and/or through links on an external website. The information contained on the Platform may be updated and/or changed without prior notice. Access, navigation and use of the Platform take place under the full responsibility of the User.Any right of the User to damages or any compensation whatsoever - as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability of SEA - for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or property, caused by the non-acceptance, even partial, of the Reservation is excluded.
4. Links to third party websites
The User also declares that he/she is aware that the Platform contains hyperlinks to other websites owned/operated by third parties, which are present within the Platform solely to facilitate Users in the knowledge of airport services and/or for the information necessary for the use of the Platform, which, however, are in no way traceable to SEA and/or the Platform itself. The User acknowledges and accepts that SEA does not carry out any control or monitoring operations of the aforementioned websites and/or their contents, to which it is absolutely unrelated, and that SEA cannot therefore be held responsible for the contents of these sites and/or any prejudice suffered by the User while browsing and/or as a result of operations carried out by the User on these third-party sites.

6. Intellectual Property Rights
SEA is the exclusive owner of all trademarks, copyrights, database rights, intellectual and industrial property rights, and any other rights to the components of the Platform. All material on the Platform is subject to copyright and is owned by SEA or by third parties who have provided a license.Without SEA's prior written permission, it is prohibited to copy, modify, alter, publish, disseminate, distribute, sell, or transfer, in whole or in part, any component of the Platform or its software or any other file on it.Users are not authorized to copy, incorporate, or store on other Internet sites or electronic retrieval systems, information, publications, or other works in any form. Users are in no way authorized to link to the Platform from another site without prior written authorization from SEA.The content displayed on the Platform, including text, graphics, photographs, static and dynamic images, audio, illustrations, and software is the property of SEA and/or companies within the SEA Group, its licensors, and/or the content providers. All elements of the Platform, including also the layout and content, are protected by commercial, copyright, moral rights, trademark and other laws relating to intellectual property rights.
Except as explicitly permitted by SEA, it is prohibited to copy or retransmit by any means, parts or elements of this Platform and/or its contents.All SEA trademarks and trade names used herein are registered trademarks of SEA or companies belonging to the SEA Group, unless otherwise indicated.In particular, with reference to the trademarks present on the Platform other than those of SEA and/or belonging to the SEA Group, which distinguish, by way of example, products and/or third parties, the same are registered trademarks of their respective owners and are used within the Platform for the sole purpose of distinguishing, describing and giving visibility to the products or such parties. SEA and all other owners, have the right to make exclusive use of the trademarks of their respective ownership.It is prohibited to use, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, forward, transmit, distribute or modify in any way the trademarks owned by SEA or third parties, without the prior written consent of SEA or such third parties. It is prohibited to use the above trademarks in any other website or networked computer environment, to store or reproduce the (or any part of) Platform in any external website, or to create hyperlinks or page links between the Platform and any website.
7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
For any disputes that may arise in connection with accessing, browsing or using the Platform, the User accepts the jurisdiction of the Italian state, the application of Italian law and, regardless of their domicile or location, the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Milan, Italy.
