HOW DOES MILANO MALPENSA BOUTIQUE WORK?
Milano Malpensa Boutique is the portal for brands in Milan Malpensa Terminal 1 airport. Here you can explore and reserve your favorite items from the comfort of your seat. Booking does not require any online payment and does not oblige you to complete the purchase.
BROWSE THE ONLINE CATALOG
Browse through the luxury products in our boutiques: you can do so by clicking on "Products", "Brands" or "Shops" - the pages dedicated to each participating store.
For some products you will display a double price: if your destination is in the Extra Schengen area you are entitled to the lowest displayed price (Duty Free), without having to ask for a VAT refund; if you fly in the Schengen area you have access to the highest displayed price (Duty Paid). Some products have a unique special price, regardless of your destination.

Choose and add your favourite products to the cart. You do not have to pay anything at this stage and you are not obliged to buy the booked items.
ENTER YOUR FLIGHT INFORMATION
By adding the first item to the cart, you will be asked for your flight details. You can always modify your flight informations by clicking on the Ariplane icon at the top right. Depending on your destination, you will see only the prices you are entitled to.
FIND OUT WHICH PRODUCTS YOU CAN RESERVE
Not all the products may be added to the cart: the availability of a product depends on the timing of your booking compared to the departure time of your flight and the opening hours of the boutiques. Check the Shops pages to verify the booking timings applied by each store.
CONFIRM YOUR RESERVATION
Complete your online booking: you will receive a confirmation email with your booking number. When your items will be ready, you will also receive instructions for your pick-up points.
PAY FOR AND PICK UP RESERVED ITEMS
Once at the airport, go to the pick-up point (or points) indicated, pay at the boutique and pick up the items you booked.
NO ONLINE PAYMENT.
It is just a pre-order: now you do not have to pay anything and if you change your mind you do not have to buy the booked items.
FOLLOW UP ON YOUR RESERVATION.
Check your email inbox or the "Check your booking" section on the website to track its status.
PAY IN THE BOUTIQUE.
On the day of departure go to your boutique, pay and pick up your shopping.
