Toscana IGT Aliotto is a blend of Sangiovese, Cabernet, Merlot and other local varieties that ripen in the organic vineyards of Tenuta Podernovo, a Tuscan estate owned by the Lunelli family. The microclimate of the land facing the Tyrrhenian coast, along with soils composed of sand, clay and fossil shells, makes Aliotto an elegant and fresh red. It ages in large barrels and barriques for at least 6 months and is perfect to pair with traditional dishes such as ribollita or grilled meats. Tenute Lunelli is a project of widespread agriculture, which tells the story of the typicality of areas rich in culture and history through wines capable of representing particularly suitable wine-growing areas in Trentino, Tuscany and Umbria.
