Tenuta di Collalbrigo Prosecco DOCG Estate is the product of low-yielding vineyards in the Collalbrigo hillside, one of the "Prosecco Shores" and part of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene UNESCO World Heritage Site. The wine remained on the lees for 120 days before bottling. Given its long maturation, its shelf life is at least 2 years and the wine is expected to improve its tasting profile in the first year after bottling. All of Tenuta di Collalbrigo's wines can be considered vegan-friendly as we do not use protein-based products at any stage of the winemaking process.
