FERRARINI SALAMI STROLGHINO 250gr

Strolghino is a typical salami from the Bassa Parmense area of Parma, obtained from the trimming of Culatello meat, minced and seasoned with the traditional tanning. Deep red in color, it requires a very short aging period to maintain its characteristic sweetness and rich, smooth taste. In a handy, ready-to-slice format, it is ideal for aperitifs and appetizers. It is recommended to be served cut into thick, soft slices. The product contains no allergens whose presence must be mandatorily declared on the label according to current regulations. In accordance with EC Regulations 1829 and 1830 of 2003, we declare that the product does not contain ingredients derived in whole or in part from genetically modified organisms.
