Appellation: TRENTODOC. Careful selection of Pinot Noir grapes with a small percentage of Chardonnay depending on the vintage, grapes harvested by hand. Matured for at least 10 years on selected yeasts in own cultures. Vineyards owned by the Lunelli family on the slopes of the mountains that frame Trento.
First year of production: 2006.
Visual Examination: Shining salmon color with auburn flashes that veer toward coral.
Olfactory: Delicate hints of rosehip jam and citrus intertwine with spicy and mineral notes, in an immediate sensation of pure and intense pleasure.
Taste: Striking for its vibrant intensity supported by a fresh savory thrust that makes the sip very long, drawing a perfect flavor picture.
