The grappas included in the Selezione Bortolo Nardini, finest expression of the family bicentennial expertise in the art of distillation, are obtained from the steam-distillation of Merlot, Cabernet and Pinot Grigio pomace. A project that began twenty years ago, with the continuous selection of the smoothest and most fragrant grappa batches kept in our cellars. Rich and persistent, with hints of vanilla, Marasca cherry and wild berries. This Grappa Riserva is aged for at least 7 years in Slavonian oak casks, making it perfect for sipping after a meal or paired with dry pastries and sweets.
