THE CREATION.

Created by perfumer Guy Robert in 1961, Hermès's first women's fragrance, Calèche, was reinterpreted in 1992 as Calèche Soie de Parfum, whose name refers to the horse-drawn carriages emblematic of the maison and its silk-related craft.

OLFACTORY NOTES.

Floral with aldehydic aromas, Calèche Soie de Parfum combines the refined notes of aldehydes with opulent jasmine and generous rose.

THE SUBJECT.

The bottle, inspired by carriage lanterns, has a black cap reminiscent of a riding hat. The label on the back is illustrated with a drawing by Philippe Dumas, indicating that it belongs to the Parfums-Fondateurs collection.
