THE CREATION Un Jardin sur le Toit eau de toilette tells of a hidden garden in the heart of Paris: a square of nature set on the rooftop of Hermès at 24 Rue du Faubourg-Saint-Honoré. Created by perfumer Jean-Claude Ellena in 2011, this fragrance pays homage to this garden of enchantment and celebration. OLFACTIONAL NOTES Fruity and vegetal, Un Jardin sur le Toit eau de toilette releases the scent of a fresh apple tree into the Paris air, intertwined with notes of juicy pear. THE OBJECT Designed by Fred Rawyler, the emblematic "lantern bottle" is inspired by the lanterns of horse-drawn carriages. Its glass is bright green, vibrant and luminous. Philippe Dumas, a member of the Hermès family, created the illustration on the box, depicting this garden and its beautiful view of the city.
