Malfy Lemon Gin 41% 100cl

A deliciously spicy gin, Malfy Con Limone is distilled in Italy with some of the finest botanical extracts including hand-picked juniper, sun-ripened Italian lemons and Amalfi lemon peel. MALFY GINS are made by Master Distillers, Beppe Ronco and Denis Muni at the Torino Distillery. Located in Moncalieri, in the Piedmont region of northwest Italy. Malfy Gin is produced using vacuum distillation also called cold distillation. This is a relatively new technique in the world of gin production, which allows a lower temperature to achieve evaporation and thus does not alter the composition of the botanicals (avoiding heat-related degradation), so we can keep our botanicals fresh and flavorful. Carefully selected ingredients are separated into collections and distilled separately to accentuate their flavors. Our citrus botanicals are soaked in alcohol and then squeezed in a traditional basket press, this extract in turn is then distilled with hand-picked Italian juniper. The individual distillates are then artfully blended together and cut with Italian water to create our fruity-style gins.
