Malfy Lemon Gin 41% 100cl

A deliciously lively gin, Malfy Con Limone is distilled in Italy using some of the finest botanicals, including hand-picked juniper, sun-ripened Italian lemons and lemon peel from the Amalfi Coast. MALFY gins are created by Master Distillers Beppe Ronco and Denis Muni at the Torino Distillati distillery, located in Moncalieri, in the Piedmont region of northwest Italy.
Malfy Gin is produced using vacuum distillation, also known as cold distillation. This relatively new technique in the world of gin production allows evaporation to be achieved at lower temperatures, avoiding altering the composition of the botanicals (and preventing degradation caused by heat). In this way, the botanicals remain fresh and rich in flavor.
Carefully selected ingredients are divided into collections and distilled separately to enhance their flavors. The citrusy botanicals are macerated in alcohol and then squeezed with a traditional basket press. This extract is then distilled together with hand-picked Italian juniper. The individual distillates are then skillfully blended and blended with Italian water to create our gins with a distinctive fruity character.
