Distilled in Italy from some of the finest botanical ingredients, including hand-picked juniper, pink grapefruit, Italian lemons and some fresh Sicilian pink grapefruit.

MALFY gins are made by master distillers Beppe Ronco and Denis Muni at the Torino Distillati distillery. Located in Moncalieri, in the Piedmont region of northwest Italy.

Malfy gin is produced using vacuum distillation, also known as cold distillation.

This is a relatively new technique in the world of gin production, allowing a lower temperature to achieve evaporation and thus not altering the composition of the botanical ingredients (avoiding heat-related degradation), so we can keep our botanical ingredients fresh and flavorful.

Carefully selected ingredients are separated into collections and distilled separately to accentuate their flavors.

Our citrus botanicals are soaked in alcohol and then squeezed in a traditional basket press, this extract in turn is distilled with hand-picked Italian juniper.

The individual spirits are then artfully blended together and cut with Italian water to create our fruity-style gins.
