Nectar Campofiorin Valpolicella

The nectar of Valpolicella is undoubtedly the Corvina grape variety. Compared to the other two auxiliary indigenous grapes-Rondinella (used for structure) and Molinara (which brings spice and acidity)-Corvina is the variety that imparts smoothness and a fruitiness with cherry undertones, typical of wines from the Verona region.

Nectar Campofiorin is based on exactly these considerations, and Corvina is the only variety subjected to the withering treatment for the production of this wine.
