The brewing of Moutai has the characteristics of double feeding, solid-state fermentation, high-temperature koji making, high-temperature accumulation, and high-temperature wine picking, which form a unique brewing style. Moutai Distillery is a famous distillery in my country. Kweichow Moutai is exclusively produced in Moutai Town, Renhuai City, Guizhou Province, China. It is a model of Daqu sauce-flavored liquor. Moutai 1935 is sauce-flavored liquor, brewed with red sorghum, wheat and water, and is one of the series products of Moutai.
