Founded in 1885 in Colle Val D'Elsa, in the province of Siena, the Masoni Pietro company is the oldest producer of traditional Siena specialties recently recognized by the PGI denomination: Panforte di Siena and Ricciarelli di Siena. Masoni's Panforte Figs and Walnuts is inspired by an old original recipe of the company, brought back into production in 2001, for an alternative and highly successful version compared to the traditional Panforte di Siena PGI. Exquisite diced figs, shelled walnuts and a gentle mix of spices make Masoni Fig and Walnut Panforte a unique specialty.
