Il Prosecco DOCG Tenuta di Collalbrigo è il frutto di vigneti a bassa resa situati nel sito Patrimonio dell’Umanità UNESCO di Conegliano Valdobbiadene, formato dai movimenti glaciali delle Dolomiti. In media, i vigneti hanno 25-30 anni e il suolo è composto da argilla e ciottoli, su ripidi pendii esposti a ovest. Dopo la vendemmia, che avviene tipicamente a metà settembre, la seconda fermentazione è avviata mediante inoculazione di lieviti selezionati. Al momento dell’imbottigliamento, il Prosecco DOCG Brut Collalbrigo ha 10g/L di zucchero residuo e 60-80mg/L di anidride solforosa totale. Tutti i vini della Tenuta di Collalbrigo possono essere considerati adatti ai vegani, poiché non utilizziamo alcun prodotto a base proteica in nessuna fase del processo di vinificazione.

Tenuta di Collalbrigo Prosecco DOCG is the product of low-yielding vineyards in the UNESCO Would Heritage site of Conegliano Valdobbiadene, formed by Dolomites’ glacier movements. On average, vineyards are 25-30 years old and the soil composition is of clay and pebbles, on steep west-facing hills. After the harvest, which typically occurs in mid-September, the second fermentation is triggered by inoculation of selected yeasts. At the time of bottling, Collalbrigo Prosecco DOCG Brut has 10g/L of residual sugar and 60-80mg/L of total sulphur. All Tenuta di Collalbrigo’s wines can be considered vegan-friendly as we do not use any protein-based products at any stage of the winemaking process.
