Rocca Macie Vino Nobile di Montepulciano

A small area in the municipality of Montepulciano in southeastern Tuscany-characterized by the extraordinary richness of a unique artistic and natural heritage-is the cradle of wines of truly exceptional quality, "noble" wines in fact. Our Vino Nobile di Montepulciano comes from grapes grown on local estates according to the traditional method of making this ancient wine and under the supervision of our technical team. Prugnolo Gentile (a special clone of Sangiovese grown in the area) is the main grape variety, to which a small percentage of Merlot is added to give this wine distinct fruity notes, spicy notes and a full, balanced flavor.
