Strolghino is a typical salami from the Bassa Parmense area of Parma, obtained by trimming Culatello meat, minced and flavored with the traditional tanning. Deep red in color, it requires a very short aging period to maintain its characteristic sweetness and rich, soft taste. In a handy, ready-to-slice format, it is ideal for aperitifs and appetizers. It is recommended to serve it cut into thick, soft slices.
The product does not contain allergens, the presence of which must be mandatorily declared on the label, in accordance with current regulations.
