Tasty chunks of dark chocolate combine with fresh milk, fresh eggs from free-range chickens and honey, creating a delicious contrast between the crispness of the cookie and the intense goodness of the chocolate. The diagonal cut is one of the hallmarks of cantuccini and is made on the freshly baked dough shapes.
