St. Margherita Sparkling Wine Rosé

Spumante Rosé Santa Margherita combines in an exciting and intriguing sparkling wine three different grape varieties, with different personalities and origins, from some of Italy's main areas of high-quality wine production, where the winery has always been present: the Adige River Valley and eastern Veneto. The cuvée is made from a white wine base combined with a rosé wine obtained from a short maceration of red grapes with the skins. The second fermentation lasts about a month in an autoclave at a controlled temperature of 15°C. Once the desired pressure of about 5.5 bar is reached, the wine is chilled to stop fermentation and promote decanting, maturing on the lees in the autoclave for two to three months.
