Certified Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI is made from cooked grape juices and aged wine vinegar. It is particularly suitable as a condiment for meats, fish or vegetables. Aged to a full, round taste, Balsamic Label Orange is also delicious on roasted or grilled meats.
