Edition No. 2 was born from a collaboration with Giles Perring, an experimental musician and composer from this small island community. Giles captures the sounds of the island's nature, creating music that brings the Jura to life with its unique atmosphere and abundant wildlife. Just as our whiskey is influenced by the environment of our island, Giles' music is composed of the elements and the natural environment. Finished in hand-selected Citra Pale Ale casks from a craft brewery in Argyll, Scotland, this is a bright, fruity single malt with notes of aromatic hops and delicate citrus.
