Santa Margherita Pinot Grigio 75cls

Santa Margherita was the first winery to make white wine from pink Pinot Grigio grapes. In this process the must does not remain in contact with the skins, from which it would otherwise take on a rust color. After a soft pressing, the must ferments for 10 to 15 days at 18° C (64° F). After fermentation is complete, the wine is stored at a controlled temperature of 15 to 16° C (59 to 61° F) in stainless steel tanks until bottling.
