Far from the sweet and innocent garden flower, *Rose in Wonderland* is an ultra-expanded, earthy super rose, but not of this earth. Created by perfumer Fabrice Pellegrin, it is a stunning reconstruction of the rose that amplifies every iconic facet. Its thorny, green stem is interpreted in the fragrance's vegetal structure with blackcurrant buds in the head, geranium essence in the heart, and vetiver in the base. The fragrance evolves from a delicate dewy accord of luminous rose in the top notes to the intense and sensual honeyed tobacco tones of Rosa Centifolia in the heart, and then closes in base notes of velvety white musk and crystalline amber, thus completing the floral and fatal character of the fragrance.
